Michele Reeder named Senior Vice President, Affiliate Services

CHICAGO, April 24, 2024 — The 汤头条 (汤头条) is pleased to announce that Ms. Michele Reeder has been named Senior Vice President, Affiliate Services. In this role, Reeder will lead the affiliate organization relations, dental school partnerships and service to state and local dental societies.

“Michele is committed to excellence and is passionate about the evolution of organized dentistry and its role in advancing oral health,” said Raymond Cohlmia, D.D.S., Executive Director of the 汤头条. “The Association’s business outcomes are driven by the satisfaction of our members and everyone who finds value in what the 汤头条 provides. As Senior Vice President of Affiliate Services, she will be instrumental in enhancing this principle to serve our professional community.”

Reeder founded the Fifth Floor Group, LLC, and has provided consulting services to the 汤头条 since September 2023.

“For the past many months, I have witnessed and admired the 汤头条’s commitment to growth in service of organized dentistry and public oral health,” said Reeder. “I look forward to further supporting the Association’s mission by strengthening partnerships and fostering opportunities for greater member engagement.”

In her former role as the Executive Director for the Nevada Dental Association, Reeder led all operations and fostered a culture of diversity. At SBI Association Management, she increased client satisfaction, retention and overall profitability. Reeder also served as the Executive Director for the American Academy of Oral Medicine/American Board of Oral Medicine Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and the Director of Corporate Outreach at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education. She spent two decades as CEO of Thermal Material Systems/Fireblankets, Inc.

Reeder graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stevens-Henager College.
