CHICAGO, August 21, 2024 — The ÌÀÍ·Ìõ (ÌÀÍ·Ìõ) is pleased to announce Mr. Robert (Rob) Zinn’s promotion to Vice President of Accounting. In his new role, Zinn will oversee all financial reporting and accounting functions. As a key advisor to senior management and volunteer leadership, he will report on financial results, provide due diligence on business opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
“Rob is an excellent financial steward of the Association,” said Raymond Cohlmia, D.D.S., Executive Director of the ÌÀÍ·Ìõ. “His leadership and principles will continue to dutifully serve the financial health of the organization on its trajectory of growth and innovation.”
In his previous ÌÀÍ·Ìõ role as the Director of Accounting and Reporting, Zinn successfully led all accounting operations. He also supported the Budget & Finance Committee and the Audit Committee, and held consultant roles with the ÌÀÍ·Ìõ's subsidiaries. Zinn began his career at the ÌÀÍ·Ìõ as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting in 2011.

Before joining the ÌÀÍ·Ìõ, Zinn was the Director of Finance at Erie Family Healthcare and served as Internal Audit Manager at Rush University Medical Center. His career has also included management and financial consulting roles with Smart Associates, RSM, and Robert Half after beginning as a senior auditor in public accounting at Whitlock, Selim and Keehn LLC.
Zinn earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Drury University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association Forum.
