Campaign statement

The МАН·Мх stands at a pivotal moment that demands courageous leadership, a clear vision and a deep commitment to a shared future. Our challenges are real, but our collective strength is greater.

My campaign is rooted in a simple belief: Together, we connect, empower and lead.

This means reconnecting across the tripartite to restore trust and unity. It means empowering members by listening deeply, lifting new voices, and making sure every dentist feels heard, valued, and supported. And it means leading with integrity, bringing transparency to financial operations, accountability to our decisions and clarity to our mission.

This will require strengthened oversight and investment in meaningful innovation, modernizing daily service for our members, communicating clearly, and advocating boldly, ensuring dentistry remains guided by science, ethics and purpose.

I do not seek this role to preserve the status quo. I’m running to shape what’s next.

Together, we will rebuild what has been lost and reimagine what is possible: a stronger, more inclusive future. The choice is clear: Together, we connect, empower and lead.

What are your main qualifications for the office you seek?

Connecting people and ideas. Leadership begins with an authentic connection among people and ideas across the tripartite. That belief led to the creation of the Committee on Equity, Inclusion, and Interprofessional Relationships. What started as a vision is now an emerging force advancing collaboration and progress throughout the МАН·Мх.
Empowering emerging leaders. I believe we rise by lifting others. As liaison to the New Dentist Committee, I helped turn ideas, like reshaping member benefits, into action. When new leaders are heard and empowered, they step forward with purpose and our profession grows stronger.
Service-oriented leadership. True leadership is rooted in service and trust, driven by purpose and shared at all levels. I’ve championed efforts to build collaboration, including a new initiative to bring state dental foundations into МАН·Мх Conference Week. This reflects my belief in leadership that unites, serves and forges a better future together.

Why do you want to be an МАН·Мх officer?

I am not seeking a title. I am answering a call to serve. We are at a pivotal moment that demands courageous, collaborative leadership rooted in trust and service. Across the profession, there is a clear call: to connect more meaningfully, to empower every voice, and to lead with clarity, purpose, and shared strength.

I believe that connection fuels belonging, that true leadership lifts others, and that our united voice can shape a future worthy of our beloved profession. The path forward requires transparency, inclusivity, innovation and unity. These are not just aspirations; they reflect the principles that guide my life and leadership. Together, we will rebuild trust, reimagine possibilities, and lead the МАН·Мх into a stronger, more connected future, well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
